Eligibility

The partnership is intended for capital-ready participants who understand ordinary business risk and can fund a sourcing budget and the required supplier platform subscription. We may decline any enquiry.

Intellectual property

The ScaleBay name, logo, copy, and page design are owned by ScaleBay Commerce and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Third-party platforms

Enquiries run through Facebook Messenger and stores operate on third-party marketplaces and supplier platforms. Those services have their own terms, which apply independently of ours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ScaleBay is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the general information published on this site. Liability under an actual partnership is governed by the signed agreement.
